You’re not sad but not happy either. You’re just feeling…Blah.

Feeling blah is somewhere in the middle, not too high and not too low. It’s neither good nor bad, but feeling blah can be unpleasant. It can dull your motivation and your focus.

Every one of us has these moments, and we respond to them differently. Some may try to fix it and some may try to ignore it. But, how do you deal with feeling blah?

In this episode, I would like to share with you how you can deal with this feeling. Feeling blah is all about understanding what’s happening. It’s all about recognizing the feeling. And I would like to help you cope when this feeling arises.
