With more than a decade of experience in global nightlife, immersive theatre dining, music festival organisation and general food and beverage entertainment, James has produced, managed and collaborated with some of the leading luxury hospitality brands, conceiving concepts in emerging markets.
After graduating in Business Management with Finance, he worked with the biggest super-clubs and brands of Europe, particularly in Ibiza, as a Performance Artist. In 2010 he was headhunted to join Cipriani's first nightclub from launch and became part of the senior management team in less than two years. During this time, he developed and managed three world class and hugely successful F1 festivals, featuring international DJ line ups, shows, performances. He also helped land the company consecutive Best Nightclub awards. In December 2012 James joined Demind Investment Group as an Events Manager for Blue Marlin Ibiza UAE, where he helped deliver unique productions and ideas that influenced attendance as well as revenue and won multiple ‘Best Beach Club’ awards.
