Justin K. Hughes, MA, LPC, owner of Dallas Counseling, PLLC, is a clinician and writer, passionate about helping those impacted by OCD. His treatment approach utilizes CBT (with ERP) and techniques from other approaches (ACT, MI, CT).   A common contributor to the field of OCD treatment through writings, live streams, conferences, and more, he serves on the IOCDF Faith Task Force and is the Dallas Ambassador for OCD Texas.
