Tim Schumm is the Founder/President of Lucas James Talent Partners, an on-demand recruitment services firm based out of Chicago, IL.  Lucas James offers contract full-life-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing services on an innovative hourly/weekly model, giving their clients a cost-effective, flexible, and high performing solution to find great people - as an alternative to traditional fee-based recruiting firms.  

Prior to launching Lucas James, Tim spent the first 10 years of his career at one of the largest global staffing & recruiting firms- starting his career in recruiting and sales, eventually becoming the firm's top sales producer nationally for several years before moving into leadership to run the firm's Chicago market.
