Organisations have had a rapid shift in the way of working, Dr Amanda Smith highlights the importance of clear communication. She calls out the common assumptions that leaders can easily fall in to in this new way of working.

Dr Smith highlights that the fundamentals of leadership do not change. She explains that there must be a focus on our people by showing a genuine curiosity in our teams, listening to them and listening to their solutions.
