2. Building Engagement

University of South Wales
About this episode

Dr Louise Bright talks to Rob Baker, HR Expert and Consultant, about how to ensure engagement with staff while experiencing major change. Welcome to the Change Management Podcast by the University of South Wales.

In this episode, they’ll be discussing how the people within organisations are fundamental to surviving the challenges the pandemic has brought to businesses.

Rob coined the phrase “a spectrum of a positivity”. He uses it to describe the levels of engagement, from staff being just onside, to your absolute champions. He shares with us how easy it is to “fall off the edge” creating disengaged teams.
