Welcome to the first bonus episode of Bone UP. The first new treatment fir osteoporosis in a decade has been approved in the UK, and many countries around the world.

Romosozumab is a new drug treatment for some people living with osteoporosis. It may be suitable if you’ve already broken a bone due to osteoporosis and are at high risk of breaking another.

Richie and David discuss the approval system in the UK, treatment guidelines and mechanism of action. Enjoy!
