Anteriormente se desempeñó como vicepresidente Senior, Jefe de la Región Asia Pacífico durante 5 años y también ejerció su primera vez en Panamá como Vicepresidente, Jefe de la Región de América Latina y el Caribe de Maersk Line. Anteriormente a LATAM, pasó un tiempo en los Emiratos Árabes Unidos como vicepresidente, Maersk Line Head of West & Central Asia Región, viniendo de Dinamarca como vicepresidente, Maersk Line Head of Latin America Trade Management. Anteriormente en Maersk, desempeñó varios puestos de dirección en Hamburg Sud, Sealand y durante 8 años en P&O Nedlloyd en Inglaterra, Hong Kong, Corea del Sur, Brasil y Holanda.
