Music is a wonderful tool that helps up express ourselves and most importantly brings to surface our emotions. Let music be the start of brining thoughts and feelings to the surface. After we feel those emotions it’s important to sit in silence and actually feel our emotions. Ask ourselves why we feel this way? What happened that brought our thoughts to this point. From here we can really take accountability for the way we feel and shift our thoughts and feelings towards a new perspective which aligns to better serve ourselves and raise our vibrational state. Don’t let music let you stay in the frequency that doesn’t serve you. After feeling yourself in a negative state think and feel and shift towards a positive state even if it means shifting the tunes into a positive song, then feel that frequency and let yourself be in that moment!
