During this episode, we hear Michele Meyer-Shipp, the first woman and person of color to lead Major League Baseball’s Human Resources and become a part of the C-suite. She describes her current role as her “dream job” for a self-proclaimed sports “fanatic.” She is able to lean into all of her skill sets and expertise and activate her talents in one role.
