The Wellness Guys talk about the difference between The Atkins Diet and The Paleo Diet. In responding to all of our listeners feedback on Facebook, Twitter and email it has come to our attention that some people are a bit confused about The Paleo Diet the guys have spoken about. Some people have been led to believe that it is about eating meat at the expense of all else. In this episode The Wellness Guys talk about the  importance of balance in your diet (including lots of vegetables) and how that can impact on the pH level of your body. The Wellness Guys show how  important the acid-base balance is for your body and how an imbalance can be linked to a range of health problems. Don’t miss this episode!
