A few weeks ago, Juuso sent me a video that he made for a project (that we talk about in this episode) on how he views creativity and spirituality. I felt so activated after watching it that I asked him to come back on the show to talk about this. The way he views the energetics of creativity and openings within the body is something that I've been experiencing lately as well and during this Aquarian time, a renaissance of the Arts, I know many of you are as well.
