#97 - Is your partner sceptical about pr...

KITTY BLOMFIELD
About this episode

A lot of women in our program have families and partners. And oftentimes, their partners are sceptical. They’ve seen their wives cycle through so many diets and programs over the years, and so it’s easy to assume that this is just another fad diet which they will give up after a few months or that will get them results but not be sustainable. Yet, this couldn’t be the farthest thing from the truth!

So, I decided to sit down with one of these women’s partners. Mick is Lynn Saunders’ husband (Lynn has done amazingly well in our program). He’s seen her go through various diets (at least one a year for 30 years!), so he has heaps of insight into what it’s been like through all of the ups and downs.

In this episode, Mick and I chat about:
➡️What it was like watching his wife go through all these different diets
➡️What he thought when she first started the WinAtLife program
➡️What changes he’s noticed in her since she’s joined the program
➡️The impact the program has had on their relationship
➡️The investment and has it been worth it?
➡️The benefits Mick has seen for himself through pro-metabolic eating - he's actually lost 15 kgs just by adopting the nutrition and lifestyle changes Lynn has
