Iâm a busy woman and I do a lot but, keeping it real, I need you to know that I donât do it all. No one does.Â
I get asked a lot about how I do it all and I thought it would be a good topic to talk about because itâs just not true. I donât do it all. But what I do, I freaking love.Â
I run a global business, Iâm a mother, Iâm a wife to the man of my dreams, Iâm a daughter to my mother who lives in America, Iâm a coach to my beautiful clients who need me, Iâm a boss to my staff. How could I possibly do all that by myself and not go loco? I donât! Because I also say no a lot. I manage my time really well, I ask for help and I have teams of people around me that I delegate to.Â
Sometimes people look at everything I do and think that Iâm superwoman and never miss a beat, but Iâm human yaâll. I get stressed, I get overwhelmed, I get angry and cry but Iâve learned that itâs not about the fall, itâs about how fast you get back up. And the fire inside me to see the transformation in the people I work with gives me the energy I need to keep going.
So this episode is a bit of a behind the scenes of all that I do, how I operate and what I do when I start to feel overwhelmed and stressed. I talk about some practical things I do, about communication and staying in the present moment instead of thinking about a future that isnât here yet.
