Prior to his current role, Paul was a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager at a Nuffield Health gym and before that, spent many years as a Personal Trainer helping clients to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Getting into the psychology of why you want to start a fitness regime

Determining your motivations

Scaling down your routine into achievable steps

The small changes that add up to your total energy expenditure over 24 hours

What to do when you fall off the wagon

And laying the foundation for routines, exercise appointments,
