We need to talk about how we are to communicated to our friends who have different personalities. We are not the same, thus we all have different personalities and different ways to talk to. We need to know different personality types, and how to deal with each. We also need to know how to know who is what from the DISC personality type. BTW this personality test works for personal and professional life.
