She studied Economics at Santa Clara University and jumped right into the recruiting world after college. Where Victoria is a Campus Recruiter on Atlassian's US Campus Recruiting Team. After graduating from Arizona State University, she moved to San Francisco and started her campus recruiting journey. At Atlassian, she partners with the engineering organization to recruit students with diverse perspectives and ways of thinking. The best part of her job is matching those students to the right roles by building relationships during the recruiting process.
