Healthy Tips to Navigate Social Media an...

DR. ANTHONY YOUN
About this episode

Digital technology is uber-present in our society, and especially with our children. On average, adolescents are spending three hours a day gaming and even more than that on social media.

So how do we teach our children to navigate digital technology in a safe and healthy way?

On this podcast I’m joined by Dr. Brian Smith, a board-certified child psychiatrist who’s co-written a new book, Redeeming Technology. We discuss all aspects of how social media and gaming affects our children’s brains, including physiologically why they’re so addictive, how video games have changed over the years, any connections between gaming and ADHD, how to tell if your child has a problem with digital technology, and a whole lot more.

It's an eye-opening discussion that every parent should hear.

Please join me and my good friend, Dr. Brian Smith, as we reveal Healthy Tips to Navigate Social Media and Video Games with Your Children.
