PHYSIO NETWORK
About this episode

In this episode with Greg, he shares a personal injury story about his own journey with frozen shoulder and low back pain. This allows us to explore some of Greg's beliefs and approaches towards treating patients with both of these conditions and how the BPS model comes into their treatment. Then we discuss if and when biomechanics matter and his thoughts on the matter as well as the tricky subject of when to protect and when to nudge patients along.

Greg is a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor and strength and conditioning specialist treating musculoskeletal disorders within a biopsychosocial model. He currently teaches 2-day continuing education courses to health and fitness professionals throughout the world.  Reconciling Biomechanics with Pain Science and Running Resiliency have been taught more than 60 times in more than 40 locations world wide.
