The Sleepover Club: Why Are We All Still...

THE POLYESTER PODCAST
About this episode

Despite living in the girlboss era, in which every choice we make is supposedly empowered, we all still feel so much shame. From class and body image to hangxiety and post-shopping spree shame; we're dissecting all the things that make us feel like awful human beings. Can shame cycles every be broken across generational divides? Is shame something we can ever be rid of it? We're breaking down what shame actually means, how it links to guilt, what the difference between the two is, and how shame is ultimately led by the patriarchy and capitalism!
