What are the thoughts you might be thinking that come up automatically?

Are these thoughts you think without being aware?
Not exactly.
You are aware of them, but they are so well-practiced, it feels like they come up and you have no choice.

It feels in the moment like this is just the truth and it’s reality, and it leads you to your moods and what you do.

What if your automatic thoughts lead you to do things that aren’t helpful? Like overeat?
Like eating by the clock.
Or never turning down food, even if you aren’t hungry?

That’s where your automatic thoughts might be leading you.

The good news is once you become aware of what your automatic thoughts are, and you can see what results they create for you, you will become aware of your choices.

And you can ditch those automatic thoughts for ones that serve you better.
