On this episode of Speaking to Influence, Donavan West reveals the two types of people he’s connecting with in order to build bridges and support businesses owners during the pandemic. During this conversation Laura and Donavan discuss the need to cut through industry noise, and why “yelling louder” only creates confusion for your audience. Donavan also shares how Covid has exposed weak points within businesses and how we can connect with individuals to provide education and services in a way that supports them where they are right now.

Donavan S. West serves as the CEO and Founder of Culturally Congruent Solutions (CCS) a boutique consulting firm that offers strategic forward thinking and industry-specific coaching and trainings to support the core needs of businesses. As the former President of the of the African American Chamber of Commerce for PA, DE and NJ, Donavan has recently launched Black Business Accelerator (BBA) a Non-Profit Organization focused on developing black businesses in the converging marketplace.  Donavan’s deep understanding of relationships, both workplace and interpersonal, uniquely positions him to offer a comprehensive coaching and training platform to his client base. His passion for counseling others through the lens of relationships and motivational encouragement allows for his clients to experience a powerful and transformative coaching experience.
