#111 | Is Cracking Joints Bad? The Scien...

PREHAB
About this episode

In this episode, Dillon discusses the noises our bodies make, specifically the snap, crackles, and pops in joints and tissues. We answer the questions, what creates the crepitus noise, and does it mean a pathology is present? Is it abnormal for these noises to be present? This is part 1 explaining the noises; in part 2 we will be taking a deep dive into what the noises are not!

Enjoy!
