How To Upgrade Your Sexual Health and Pe...

Dr. Jay Khorsandi
About this episode

If you listen to the Best Night Ever podcast you probably care about your physical and emotional health.

But what about your sexual health? When was the last time you thought about what is happening "downstairs"?

In this fun and fascinating episode I talk with Dr. Amy Killen about what can go wrong with men and women as they age and what can be done to both prevent it as well as fix it.

A little bit about Amy Killen, MD:

Amy is an Anti-aging and regenerative medicine physician specializing in aesthetics and sexual medicine. She’s Board Certified in Emergency Medicine with 10+ years of direct patient care, She has been practicing Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine for more than five years. Is fellowship trained in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and has done extensive additional training in aesthetics, platelet rich plasma and stem cells, hair restoration, bio-identical hormones, nutrition, fitness and sexual health.

Some things we talk about include:

  • Why mouthwash could be killing your sex life
  • The similarities and overlap between dentistry, snoring and sleep apnea and what Dr. Amy does
  • A discussion of one of our most favorite molecules: Nitric Oxide
  • Why men lose their mojo as they get older
  • And how to use acoustic soundwave technologies to add more wood under the hood
  • Some cultural and religious ramifications when it comes to sexual health and optimization
  • How to keep your skin looking great
  • And more

Lastly,

This show is brought to you by me….and my new website: www.viasleep.com
