We live in an age where there is information coming out of our ears.
If we want to know something, we can find it.
If we want to see something, we can watch it.
There are literally millions of books and podcasts with information on how to work on yourself and live a more fulfilling life.
We have webinars and courses available at our fingertips that will teach us anything we want to know.Â
But no matter how much you read or listen to, the only thing that will help you, is YOU.
I see a lot of people who are constantly in the consumption phase. More information, more knowledge, constantly absorbing information.
What actually makes a difference is when you start taking ACTION.

Whatâs one thing you could put into action today?
Growing is not about the information. Itâs about the application.
This episode is an invitation for you to look at your life and be honest with yourself.
Are you actually applying what youâve learned and seeing the results in your life?
