When you get a good client and it's a big engagement which is going to go on for a while, what happens is that your ability to deliver as well as run the business starts to eat away at you. At some point, you realize that you're going to have to include other people in the game. Otherwise, you're going to kill yourself. The interview process then starts and you have figure out who you're going hire and develop, realizing that it’s going to have a huge impact. Nick Craig’s area of specialization is leadership development. With that is a focus on authentic leadership and purpose.
