How We Stay Motivated (& SEASON FINALE!)

About this episode

This week’s episode is the final episode ‘Drink More Water’ for season 1. Riley and Soph chat about their weekly highs and lows which include Soph’s high of her Gym Shark Trip which helped her become motivated again and Riley's highs of moving into her next phase of business and getting motivated to get back into a good routine. The girls discuss how to find the motivation to move in winter as well as reflect on their crazy tattoo experience and how much their lives have changed since starting the podcast. The girls read special shares from four listeners as well as three in-depth ‘Ask Us 3’ questions which touch on the topics of how to not fall back into binge eating when stuck in quarantine with COVID-19, how to find the motivation to work a job you dislike whilst working on your main career goals and tips on starting your own business. Finally, Riley and Soph give you their weekly recommendations.
