13. Series 2 #BumpsandBabies - Ep 2: Fou...

About this episode

Welcome to Life School Series 2, #BumpsandBabies!

I’m still in the process of recording this series, and my plan was to start releasing episodes once I’d finished recording with all my wonderful guests. However, in light of the current global situation with Coronavirus, recording for now is on hold.

So, I’ve decided to share with you the episodes I’ve recorded so far over the past couple of months. I know many of us are currently self-isolating at home with lots of time on our hands, so what better time to listen to your favourite podcasts, or perhaps discover some new ones!

As a first time Mum, pregnancy, birth and babies is a whole new world for me, and I personally want to educate myself as much as I can before my little one arrives. From positive birth stories, information on hypnobirthing, water births, c-sections, baby massage and more, I hope throughout this Series I can shed some light on just some of the areas you may be worried about, or even just intrigued about.

Thank you to all the incredible birth workers and women who have made this Series possible so far and thank you so much for listening.

My guest for this episode is the founder of Malaak Mama & Baby Care – Lily Kandalaft. Malaak offer a vast range of services for every single stage of the parenting journey. From prenatal classes, baby massage, feeding workshops, professional maternity nurses, qualified babysitters and much, much more, Malaak is your one-stop shop for expecting families.

Be sure to follow us on Instagram @lifeschoolme for behind the scenes footage, videos and further information on some of the topics we discuss on the show.
