In this podcast, Dr. Berg talks about a very common problem with doing a ketogenic diet which relates to the keto low carb snacks.  Keto snacks are very bad for keto. Lowering your carbohydrates is beneficial because it lowers insulin, which is the hormone that blocks and nullify fat burning. BUT every time you eat, you trigger insulin which can keep you from seeing the benefits of a ketogenic diet.
