About this episode

Sarah Powell is a speaker, celebrant and the founder of Celebrate Yourself, a framework which encourages people to celebrate who they are. She is an accredited wedding celebrant, writing and conducting bespoke ceremonies. She developed the wellbeing and self-help tool, self-celebration, which she speaks about in classrooms, workshops and live events. Sarah is a columnist for Red and she co hosts two podcasts, Jules and Sarah with Jules Von Hep and also Wobble, a podcast about body confidence and happiness.



We discuss:
