Ahead of the summer season in the Northern hemisphere, Nicola and Florence talk about the toxicity of body comparison in recovery.

They evoke body dissatisfaction being a public health issue and how the Covid-19 pandemic heightened body anxiety in many of us. They go through simple ways to deal with the tendency to compare our bodies with other people's and also discuss why all No Period, Now What? support groups are monitored to avoid sharing numbers related to weight, size, calories consumption, as they genuinely do not help in recovery.
