What did we talk about? We talked mostly about the business process, like how to achieve consistent growth, and how to navigate challenges along the way. We discussed the difference between starting up and scaling up, responding to customer feedback, building the right team, being a mompreneur and of course we touched on nutritional advice.
My favorite quote of the episode was Nathalie’s advice on balancing work and family: “Whenever you’re at work, try to be at work; whenever you’re with the kids, try to be with the kids.”
