When happy hour rolls around on a Friday how do you approach it?
Do you triple park and scull those drinks down without even thinking about it? That might be fun but it’s not very mindful.
If you switch off autopilot and really try and be present while you’re unwinding from your week you might find those happy hour drinks are way more enjoyable.
