#688: False summits

At the end of 2020 there was a resounding message on many platforms that the bad that was of 2020 was just going to disappear as the click struck midnight on 31/12. Well I would also love to buy into that fantasy but I think a bit of reality needs to come to the party here.

Yes 2021 can be better and we certainly hope that it will be better but please folks stay cool and watch out for those false summits. In this weeks show we talk about how to manage false summits and stay motivated although the peaks and the troughs of what is certainly already promising to be a great year!
