William Dean Christensen is a serial rapist and serial killer who operated in both the United States and Canada. There is a lot of speculation regarding just how many murders Christensen committed, but estimates go as high as 30. William was caught many times over the years and even spent time in prison for many different offenses. But, each time, it seems as though he was let out after serving very little of his sentence only to commit additional crimes.
