The one and only Max Weinberg (Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band, bandleader for Late Night with Conan O’Brien) joins writers Mike Sweeney and Jessie Gaskell to talk about how he came to be the drummer and bandleader for Late Night, scrambling to put together a band for his Late Night audition, some of his favorite memories of comedy appearances on the show, the evolution of his character getting creepier over time, and the origin of his iconic stare. Plus, Mike and Jessie answer a listener question about their funniest memories of the show.
