Ep18 - Eric Idle | Always Look on the Br...

TALKS AT GOOGLE
About this episode

Eric Idle is an English comedian actor, author, and singer-songwriter who found immediate fame with Monty Python's Flying Circus. Following their TV success, the group began making films, which include Holy Grail (1975), Life of Brian (1979) and The Meaning of Life (1983). Idle, who also founded The Rutles, authored the smash Broadway musical Spamalot, which won three Tonys.
While in town for promoting his new sortabiography "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life", Idle sat down to talk about his illustrious career. Not a dull moment when Eric discusses music, comedy, TV, cinema and the #1 funeral song in the UK.
