He was the brand architect of the Steve Harvey media empire, and a two time Emmy award-winning producer, working with names like Mo’Nique, Kevin Hart and Jamie Foxx.

He also mentors and manages Stephen A. Smith, America’s most famous sportscaster, who recently signed an 8 million dollar annual contract with ESPN, making him the highest paid talent on the network.

His new book “Why Accept Average, When You Can Do Better?” hits the shelves next year.
