In this English lesson, I explain how both my son and my wife have had to quarantine, but because of different “close contacts.” I tell a story in slow, clear English to help you with your listening comprehension. I explain how the CDC or Center for Disease Control in Atlanta defines close contact. My son has to quarantine because one of his hockey coaches tested positive, but oddly he is experiencing no symptoms. My wife has to quarantine because one of her students tested positive and is actually pretty sick with flu-like symptoms.   Towards the end of the lesson, I explain how the next presidential term doesn’t begin until January 20th, 2021, so we are in no rush to find out who will serve for the next four years.  Please check out a great English-learning channel:  https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCmW5tmKIBrryNf5n-_A6Fmw
