631: Simon Sinek, Motivational Speaker &...

Farnoosh Torabi
About this episode

Our guest today popularized the concept of "Why." It stemmed from a TED Talk back in 2009 that has now become the third most watched talk of all time on Ted.com.

I'm excited to welcome motivational speaker and bestselling author Simon Sinek to So Money. It's a huge honor. Simon is an optimist and helps teach leaders and organizations on how to inspire the people around them. Simonis out with a new book, Find Your Why: A Practical Guide for Discovering Purpose for You and Your Team. This is the follow-up to his first book, Start With Why, which was a global bestseller. In the latest book, he's addressing the concerns that arise with why... can you have more than one why? He says NO. I wasn't kind of surprised by that. Also during our interview, Simon told me that I asked him a question he's NEVER received. That made me feel cool. You'll have to listen to learn more.
