Unique Ability and Money Quadrants

Are you spending most of your time in your unique ability areas where you create the most value for your team and your customers?  Are you spending most of your time working on the things that bring you the most energy and most revenue for your business?  You should be.  And you can.  In this podcast we talk about how to avoid being a “dead man working,” how a simple map in your head can bring you clarity around your unique ability, and how to focus your time there.
