Between 2007 and 2020, a total of 21 human feet have washed up on beaches throughout the Pacific Northwest. Some suggest a 2005 plane crash could account for some of the feet. Others attribute them to the Indian Ocean tsunami in 2004. Others see the feet as a warning—a product of gang intimidation.
