Two of the felony charges against "cult mom" Lori Vallow have been dismissed. They are the felony counts of desertion and nonsupport of children. This comes three weeks after investigators found the remains of Lori Vallow's children on property owned by her new husband Chad Daybell. Today Nancy Graces talks with Julie Rowe, a former friend of Daybell, who says he predicted his wife Tammy's death.
