Travel the World, Work Remotely, & Hit Y...

Shari Rash, Money Podcast for Women, Personal Finance, Relationships & Mental Health
About this episode

I've always said if I could travel the world and earn a paycheck, I'd be the first to sign up. Today’s podcast guest Michael Kahn will teach us all how he took part in Remote Year, a program that allows young professionals to travel the world while working remotely, and lived the most amazing year of his life. He traveled with 75 people from around the world and lived in 12 countries for one month at a time, all while he learned how to travel smartly and on a budget. I can’t wait for him to tell you how he explored the world.

What You'll Learn

  • There are unique ways to explore the world and earn a paycheck by working remotely
  • Why working remotely is on the rise
  • How to deal with language differences when you travel (aka, don't be afraid to go to unknown places)
  • Ways to travel on a budget and still enjoy every place you visit
  • Why Flixbus was one of the best discoveries Michael made on his travels (and how he turned that into a full-time job)
