Take Control of Your Life, Game Theory &...

Lucas Skrobot
About this episode

What does your worldview, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Game theory have in common?

As it turns out quite a lot . . .

Last week while talking with Ghazi, Zero Sum and Infinite Sum games came up . . . I thought I would unpack that idea for even though it is quite simple at face value, they way you view the world surrounding these two ideas will define and shape your entire life and all of your actions.

How you view the world (game theory) impacts your thoughts (CBT) . . . and your thoughts will end up defining your emotional life and your actions (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

So, do you believe life is a zero sum game or an infinite sum game?

Find out how this simple idea has cascading effects on your life and wellbeing.
