About this episode

On this episode of Stock Movers:

- CoreWeave (CRWV) shares are trading higher Friday in a recovery after losses yesterday. Earnings are due Tuesday. CoreWeave fell 9.8% Thursday as the broader market tanked, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average shedding more than 1,800 points.

- Airbnb (ABNB) shares rise. Airbnb Inc. Chief Executive Officer Brian Chesky said his company is back in “growth mode” after it posted the fastest revenue gain in three years. The company now expects full-year revenue to grow in the “high teens” and lifted its full-year margin forecast for adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization to about 36%. Airbnb announced a new repurchase authorization of as much as $12 billion more in stock and shares jumped more than 10% in extended trading after the release.

- Monster Beverage (MNST) shares slump after the energy drink distributor reported a miss on third-quarter gross margin, while adjusted earnings per share was in line. The shares have surged about 25% this year through Thursday’s close, suggesting the results were not good enough to sustain the rally.
