Rachel Bilson spent much of Christmas at the Kringles trying not to laugh at Arden Myrin and Thomas Lennon, even while her own character was being hypnotized into a holiday nightmare. Bilson and Myrin talk with Kyle Meredith about the Christmas-obsessed cult at the center of the movie, how Bilson kept “Silent Night” playing in her head during her drugged-out scenes, and why Myrin thinks she'd make a pretty great cult leader herself. Rob Riggle follows with stories about playing a foul-mouthed, drunken Santa, the surreal experience of trading punches with Beverly D'Angelo, and why he's been branching out into more dramatic roles. Director Kevin Lewis then gets into his love of Sam Raimi's wild camera work, why he considers the movie a spiritual successor to Willy's Wonderland, and the 20 to 25 minutes of unused footage he'd love to release as the "Kringle Cut," along with a few ideas for bringing these Christmas-loving lunatics back for another round.
