Geoffrey Lanez, MBA, CEC is the Executive Chef at The Patterson Club in Fairfield, Connecticut. Recognized as a top culinary leader in the private club industry, he was named a Club + Resort Chef 40 Under 40 honoree and crowned the 2025 Club + Resort Chef of the Year.

An accomplished competitive chef, Chef Lanez holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University. He has represented the United States internationally as a member of ACF Culinary Team USA, earning multiple medals at the Culinary Olympics and the Culinary World Cup.
