On March 17th, 2024, in Cape Coral, Florida, 15 year old Kayla Rincon-Miller and her friends noticed an SUV circling as they walked down a quiet street. When it stopped and several people jumped out, the girls thought it was a prank. Then came the gunshots. What followed was an investigation filled with conflicting stories, troubling evidence, and a lingering question about who really pulled the trigger.
