Paramount Skydance Corp. outlined the executive leadership team that will helm the new company resulting from its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. after its expected closing on Tuesday.
Under the name of Skydance, the new Hollywood behemoth will operate with co-chief executive officers, pairing a creative executive with a more business-oriented leader to manage several of its major divisions. David Ellison will continue to serve as CEO and chairman, overseeing the company’s long-term strategy and creative vision, while co-CEO Ynon Kreiz, who stepped down as CEO of Mattel Inc. last week, will focus on day-to-day management, the company said Monday. Andy Gordon will serve as president and Dennis Cinelli will stay on as CFO.
